Standard Hose System

Standard central vacuum hose systems are where inlet valves are strategically placed throughout your home for maximum cleaning coverage. One valve and a 30' hose cover approximately 600 sq.ft. of living space, so it is not necessary to have a valve installed in every room.

To use a standard inlet valve, you simply lift the inlet valve door, plug in your hose, attach a cleaning accessory of choice and vacuum! The same hose can be carried from room-to-room and convenient tool caddies are available to  make carrying your accessories a breeze. When finished, you coil the hose and store on a hose rack that is conveniently installed out of sight. And, since you can install the hose rack just about anywhere, you save prime storage space a portable vacuum would have taken up! 

Standard inlet valves offer the greatest versatility when it comes to hose and powerhead type. Depending on the type of valve you choose to have installed, your system could be compatible with all powerhead options including electric, battery and air-driven turbine.
